Use one complete address per line when pasting. For CSV upload, a one-column address file is the most reliable format; each non-empty row is resolved independently. Unmatched or ambiguous rows are skipped so a guessed pin never enters the route. Add a skipped address individually to review its candidates. Public-beta routes are capped at 20 stops.
Address confidence
Exact indicates a strong place or street-number match. Close can indicate a broader place, parcel, or street match and should be reviewed. If MileMeld cannot find a reliable result, it returns an error instead of fabricating a pin.
Optimization and service time
The first stop remains the start. In one-way mode, the last stop remains the finish. Add service minutes to make the estimated completion time reflect work performed at each location. Hosted road routing supports routes throughout the United States during the MVP.
Exporting your route
CSV export includes stop order, name, resolved address, latitude, longitude, and service time. Navigation handoff links and GPX/KML are not included in the current public beta.
Route privacy and deletion
The public beta stores the working route in your browser, not in a MileMeld account. Use Clear in the planner or clear the site’s browser data to remove it. Address searches are sent to the configured geocoding provider.
